FUMSI Writers Guidelines
 FUMSI publishes expert-written practical articles in four practice areas: Find, Use, Manage and Share Information. Articles appear in the free-to-use online database as well as the monthly FUMSI Magazine sent to subscribers. New additions to the database are highlighted in the free twice-monthly FreePint Newsletter, driving traffic and awareness for the database and the expertise of our authors.
Articles range between 1200 and 1500 words. There are no limitations on style, as long as the writing is lively and interesting and has a knowing voice that captures the writer's professional experience. Browse the articles in the FUMSI database to gain a sense of our style and approach. Submit your proposals for practical articles to the contributing editor for the appropriate practice area, or to the senior managing editor for FUMSI:
